GOOD HOPE FARM BOOKING POLICY
- Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
- We require a 50 percent deposit to confirm your booking.
- Bookings are not secured unless the deposit is paid as per the above unless by prior agreement with management.
- Payment options are available. But please note, an admin fee is applicable. Any default on the payment plan may result in cancellation of the booking with the amount paid to date being retained as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations that take place within a month of arrival will result in forfeiture of the full amount for the booking.
- Postponements of bookings are allowed once, and as long as management is notified more than 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
