The Dam Cottages are the perfect get away for nature lovers. Built along our upper dam, which is stocked with large mouth bass and spotted bass, the dam cottages offer a back to basics approach much like a backpackers set up.
There are 5 units available, depending on the unit, cottages sleep 2-4 people comfortably. Please note, sleeping more than four people per cottage must be by prior arrangement with management.
Each unit is stocked with all the kitchen basics as well as an indoor fire place {except for Dam Cottage A which has a heater to keep the cold at bay. All of the units share a communal kitchen / entertainment area with a lovely pizza oven and braai facilities perfect for large family get togethers.
There are rods and kayaks available at the dam, however you are welcome to bring your own and have a paddle with our large flock of geese.
The dam is a tranquil relaxing place to lay in a hammock, listen to the streams of water and watch the sun set on the mountain peaks.
